How long does an order take to process?

It takes 3-4 business days to complete an order and an additional 1-4 business days for shipping, depending on where you live and which shipping option you choose.

Do you charge a set-up fee?

No, we don't charge a set-up fee or any other hidden fees for all our orders.

Can I split my order?

Unfortunately, we can't split orders.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If the order hasn't been printed yet then there's a $20 cancelation fee to cancel your order. There are no refunds for approved order.

Can I add a resumé to the back of my Headshot?

Yes, we can add your resumé to the back of your headshot order for an additional $20. We can't add resumés to headshots printed on photo paper.

How do I add a resumé to my Headshot?

Be sure your resumé is formatted as a PDF or JPG file and upload it with the rest of your images when creating your order.

I don't have my agency code?

You can contact us or your agent for the agency code.

Can I pay over the phone?

Unfortunately, we can only take payments online.

How long do you keep my order on file?

We keep orders on file for 6 months. All orders older than 6 months get deleted from our records.

What's the difference between a Headshot and Model Card?

A headshot is a single image of an individual used primarily used by actors. Models as well as actors use head shots.
A model card is usually two sided with a single image on the front and composite of several modeling pictures on the back along with the model measurements etc..
