There are literally hundreds of thousands of actors in Hollywood alone and chances are, most of them have meatier resume’s than you do.
The idea of going up against a legion of actors armed with your headshot and sparsely populated resume is enough to make you either give up and go home or play dirty and lie.
Before you go all ‘when-in-Rome’ with your acting resume think about this: Hollywood is always looking for new blood and that new blood could come from anywhere regardless of experience. So stay true and don’t even think about lying on your resume!
BUUUUT if you do lie make sure you’re realistic about it.
Don’t say that you were a co-star on a TV show when you were really just a background extra because you never know. You could be in the same room as the person who casted that part.
